Shipping policy

  • A tracking code will be sent to your email address once order is shipped out. You can follow your package status there.
  • Once items have been dispatched from our location, we are not responsible for the status of the shipment. 
  • Damaged or lost items will not be refunded
  • Be aware of custom charges once you place an order outside of the EU. If you decline the custom charges the item will be shipped back to us and we will give you the following options: 1. For you to pay for shipping again + all custom charges, and we will ship the item again. 2. Exchange for store credit - custom charges.

Return Policy

  • All sales and pre-order sales are final and not refundable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds on returns are not possible.
  • You may exchange your item for another size, as long as all shipping costs are covered by the customer and custom charges are paid by the customer (be aware of this when you are outside of the EU). Hangtags may not be removed, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging. Get in touch for this return process. Once you notify us of this return we will provide you with more information. We will only ship your new product(s) once your original order has arrived back with us and has been checked. This does not apply for custom orders. Custom orders are at all times final and non-refundable.
  • The customer may return their order (except custom orders) in exchange for store credit (only usable at Madomorpho).
