Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please note that shipping time begins once you receive your tracking number, not from the date you place your order.


Some of our items are made-to-order and have a production time of 2–6 weeks before shipping.
Once items have been dispatched from our location, Madomorpho is not responsible for the status of the shipment. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates — especially for orders outside the EU, as customs charges may apply and will be returned or disposed if not paid for.


Customs & Duties


Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to international shipments.
If you choose to decline your customs charges and the item is returned to us, you will be offered the following options:
Pay for shipping again (plus any potential customs or return charges), and we will reship your order.
Exchange your order for store credit (minus potential customs and return charges).


Please note: Madomorpho does not provide refunds for lost or damaged items during transit.


Return Policy
All sales, including pre-orders, are final and non-refundable.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Full refunds on returns are not possible.
You may receive store credits for your returned order.
Store credits will reflect your original order value minus shipping costs covered by Madomorpho and any potential customs or return costs incurred.
Store credits are valid for two years from the date you receive them and can be used toward future purchases on Madomorpho.

To opt for the ´store credits´ please send us an email.
Size Changes
Size exchanges may be accepted only if all shipping and customs costs are covered by the customer.
Please ensure:
-Hangtags remain attached.
-The item is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition.
-You contact us before returning any items at madomorpho@gmail.com for instructions.
We will ship your replacement item only after the original item has been received and inspected.
This policy does not apply to custom orders, which are always final and non-refundable.
