All garments, excluding shoes and leather goods, are made to order by our small team in Berlin. Many items are manufactured specifically for each customer once an order has been placed.
Estimated production times are listed on each product page and should be considered before placing an order. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and production requirements.
Orders may occasionally be completed sooner than estimated; however, the production timeframe stated on the product page should be considered the applicable lead time for your order.
If you require an item for a specific date, event, or deadline, please contact us before placing your order at studio@madomorpho.com. We are often able to prioritise production or provide a more accurate delivery estimate, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to our production schedule at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production timeframe stated on the product page. Production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping estimates begin only after the order has been completed and dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Please note that shipping times begin once you receive your tracking number, not from the date the order is placed.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier and the recipient. Madomorpho is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, courier networks, weather events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that deliveries are accepted in a timely manner. This is especially important for orders shipped outside the European Union, where customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the package being returned to sender, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout will be considered successfully delivered.
Orders returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts will be treated as refused shipments.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and cannot be estimated or controlled by Madomorpho.
If customs charges are refused and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred during the return process, including return shipping fees, customs fees, storage charges, handling fees, or other carrier-related costs.
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, the customer may choose one of the following options:
• Pay for shipping again, plus any applicable customs, return, or handling charges, and have the order reshipped.
• Receive store credit for the value of the returned items, less any shipping, customs, return, handling, carrier, or administrative charges incurred.
Customers who refuse customs charges are responsible for monitoring the return shipment until it has been successfully delivered back to Madomorpho. We are unable to actively track every international shipment and return moving through postal and customs networks. Customers should retain all tracking information and follow the return's progress until delivery has been confirmed.
Where necessary, Madomorpho may assist by contacting the shipping carrier, customs authority, or postal service, and may help provide or complete required documentation. Such assistance does not transfer responsibility for the shipment to Madomorpho and does not guarantee the successful return of the package.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.
Madomorpho is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, damaged in transit, abandoned by customs authorities, or otherwise affected while in the possession of third-party carriers. Upon request, we may provide reasonable assistance in supporting claims with the relevant carrier.
All sales, including pre-orders, are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Monetary refunds are not available.
Eligible returns may be exchanged for store credit. Store credit will reflect the original order value minus any shipping costs covered by Madomorpho, as well as any customs, return, handling, carrier, or administrative costs incurred.
Store credit is valid for two years from the date of issue and may be used towards future purchases on Madomorpho.
To request store credit, please contact us before returning any items.
Size exchanges may be accepted only if all shipping, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are covered by the customer.
Please ensure that:
• Original hangtags remain attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• You contact us at studio@madomorpho.com before sending any return so that return instructions can be provided.
Replacement items will only be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
This policy does not apply to custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, or otherwise bespoke orders, which are final and non-refundable.
